Christ van den Eijnde - Foot Care Center coordinator

As a 17-year-old kid, I started working in a shoe workshop where I discovered a passion for the craft. Alongside my work in the workshop, I started training as an orthopaedic shoe technician. Later in the field and more specifically in the fitting room, my drive for making the best possible solution for my clients came into its own.

I have been putting my experiences of the past 39 years into practice at Spronken Orthopedie together with my colleagues since June 2023. Finding the best possible shoe-technical solution is always a challenge for me whether this is a highly complex custom-made shoe or a simple orthotic. Walking comfort and freedom of movement are the main aim.

In my spare time, I enjoy taking long walks on the beach with my wife Ingrid and our enthusiastic labrador Beer.Getting a breath of fresh air and then enjoying a well-earned cup of coffee.

Raphael Cultiaux - orthopaedic shoe technician

I find it a challenge to still put functional solutions in an aesthetic jacket. Every patient has different needs and this sometimes requires creativity without sacrificing a beautiful aesthetic shoe. This creativity combined with the manual work, as well as the social aspect and contact with the patient, makes this the ideal job for me.
